| Dick Levin
Vice President of Product Development
A veteran with over 25 years experience in IT development,
Mr. Levin leads Heroix's research and development teams.
He has played a major role in designing and engineering
Heroix products from the company's early custom retail
and business software, through the widely-used RoboMon,
and now Heroix eQ. His extensive experience with the
major business platforms--Unix, Windows NT/2000, and
OpenVMS--has been crucial in developing the comprehensive
multi-platform capabilities of Heroix's world-class
monitoring and management software.
Dedicated customer-focus is Mr. Levin's guiding philosophy.
Through close interaction with clients and Heroix's
noted support services, he brings real world business
perspective into every step of the product development
process.
Mr. Levin earned his B.S. in Mathematics from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
