The Longitude® database solutions provide comprehensive out-of-the-box, agentless performance monitoring for your SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL environments. The Longitude MySQL performance monitoring solution provides the ability to:

• Report MySQL locked processes
• Report if there are more than a specified number of clients connected
• Report if there are more than a specified number of queries running
• Report when the number of requests changes dramatically
• Report if there are more than a specified number of tables opened
• Report if there are too many joins performed without using indexes
• Report if there are a large percentage of queries that have taken a long time to create or that are not using indexes
• Report if the read cache percentage is too low
• Report if the write cache percentage is too low
• Report the amount of free space available to tablespaces on the database
