- October 11, 2006 – Heroix, a leading provider of application performance monitoring software, today announced a 26% increase in year to date software sales compared with the previous year. Revenue for Q3 was also up 13% over Q3 of last year.
The growth comes as the company's agentless SLA monitoring software product, Heroix Longitude, has become a recognized leader in the application monitoring space. Recent milestones for Longitude include nominations for the Linux Journal Editor's Choice Award and the Mass Technology Leadership Award, where it has been named as a finalist.
In addition to the industry recognition, Longitude's agentless monitoring robustness has been cited by multiple technical reviewers. Heroix introduced a major upgrade to Longitude in April of this year, V3.0, featuring an event correlation facility that helps customers understand the business impact of technology performance problems and reduce the time required to resolve them.
