License Keys

Longitude requires a license key based on your licensed configuration. Instructions for requesting your key will be sent with your Order Confirmation email.

Support Options

We pride ourselves on providing the best support possible. Support is purchased on an annual basis, with the following options:

• Level I (Email support only): 10% of license price per year
• Level II (Email and phone support): 15% of license price per year
• Level III (Email and phone support, plus all product updates and new releases): 20% of license price per year

Taxes

Taxes will automatically be applied to orders from Illinois, Massachusetts, Texas, and Virginia. Your company is responsible for all state and local taxes if they are not applied at time of purchase.
