How
to install this service pack: |
| 1. |
Download the .exe file into the top-level
Heroix eQ folder (e.g., C:\Program files\RoboMon\). |
| 2. |
Within Windows Explorer, doubleclick
the file to install it. |
The
SP4 service pack is cumulative and replaces
all previous service packs. If you have
applied an earlier service pack, you should
still apply SP4. If you have not applied
an earlier service pack, apply only SP4.
This Service Pack improves
performance when forwarding and consolidating
event and/or performance data. It also addresses
an issue that could cause database compaction
to fail.
It should be applied to all
systems running RoboMon v7.6C. |
